One year use

Now I have had my occupational asthma for one year (12 months). In this time I have used at least 12 Symbicort Thurbohaler 160/4,5. But I do not think this is all of them. I think I have thrown some in the trash. Each can holds 120 dozes. How many Cetrizin pills and Ventoline I have used I have no idea. But it is a lot. Only one 3-pack of Symbicort Thurbohaler is 500 NOK ( USD 71) at redused price. That is 2000 NOK or USD 285 for 12 Symbicort only. In addition to these I have to buy both Cetrizin and Ventoline. And this is appr. only one year use. Lets say I live until I am 90, and the price stays the same (unlikely but anyway). (2000 NOK x 49 years = 98 000) (781 x 49 = 13 965) So in 49 years I will use at least 98 000 NOK or 13965 USD on Symbicort only. Expensive getting sick from work.

Luckily I have gotten permission to get all money I use on asthma medicin back from the Social Security system in Norway. But I have to pay from my own pocket first, and then claim the money back later. But if I at one point decide to move back to Sweden (unlikely but anyway) then I am not so sure that I get my money back from the social security system in sweden. Then maybe I will have to pay for it all from my own pocket.

On the nice side of life

Today I felt on the nice side of life. On the last trip to Osane with the bus I had some time to shop. I bought me lunch and when I passed the cookies disk I saw Norwegian Christmas cookies (Norwegian name: Kromkaker) in big boxes. I picked one, paid and continued my driving. After the next line I drove it was time for my lunch. After having my meal I had a cup of coffee and offerd everyone in the room a cookie. It was very apreciated. Only two kindly said, no thanks.

I do things like this from time to time for people I know. I think it is a nice thing to do. Also it is part of my upbringing. It is tradition in my family.

More digging

Today I was back at work. I am much better now. And they have been digging a lot.

Here we used to park our private cars.

Here were the que to the old bus wash.

Here were the lawn where we used to eat our lunch in summer, lost and found office, and the boss of the garage had his office here (where the door at the middle of the house are).

Septic tanks in place in front of the old bus wash.

Along this wall the new bus wash will be built.

What Is Asthma?

Asthma is a chronic (long-term) lung disease that inflames and narrows the airways. Asthma causes recurring periods of wheezing (a whistling sound when you breathe), chest tightness, shortness of breath, and coughing.

Asthma affects people of all ages. As an example in the United States, more than 22 million people are known to have asthma. Nearly 6 million of these people are children.

Overview

The airways are tubes that carry air into and out of your lungs. People who have asthma have inflamed airways. This makes the airways swollen and very sensitive. They tend to react strongly to certain substances that are breathed in.

When the airways react, the muscles around them tighten. This causes the airways to narrow, and less air flows to the lungs. The swelling also can worsen, making the airways even narrower. Cells in the airways may make more mucus than normal. Mucus is a sticky, thick liquid that can further narrow your airways.

This chain reaction can result in asthma symptoms. Symptoms can happen each time the airways are irritated.

Figure A shows the location of the lungs and airways in the body. Figure B shows a cross-section of a normal airway. Figure C shows a cross-section of an airway during asthma symptoms. (Click img for bigger picture.)

Sometimes symptoms are mild and go away on their own or after minimal treatment with an asthma medicine. At other times, symptoms continue to get worse. When symptoms get more intense and/or additional symptoms appear, this is an asthma attack. Asthma attacks also are called flareups or exacerbations.

It's important to treat symptoms when you first notice them. This will help prevent the symptoms from worsening and causing a severe asthma attack. Severe asthma attacks may require emergency care, and they can cause death.

Outlook

Asthma can't be cured. Even when you feel fine, you still have the disease and it can flare up at any time.

But with today's knowledge, medicins and treatments, most people who have asthma are able to manage the disease. They have few, if any, symptoms. They can live normal, active lives, and sleep through the night without interruption from asthma.

For successful, comprehensive, and ongoing treatment, take an active role in managing the disease.

What Causes Asthma?

The exact cause of asthma isn't known. Researchers think a combination of factors (family genes and certain environmental exposures) can interact to cause asthma to develop, most often early in life. No more than one factor is needed, but more than one factor together can be the cause. These factors include:

An inherited tendency to develop allergies, called atopy (AT-o-pe)
Parents who have asthma
Certain respiratory infections
Contact with some airborne allergens or exposure to some viral infections.
Non-inhereted asthma is developed by for example tobacco smoke, chemicals, dust, compounds in home décor products, sprays, damage caused by damp in houses, mould, cold and more.
Some people develop asthma because of exposure to certain chemical irritants or industrial dusts in the workplace. This is called occupational asthma.

If you got asthma exposure to airborne allergens (for example, house dust mites, cockroaches, and possibly cat or dog dander, chemicals) and irritants (for example, tobacco smoke) make your airways more reactive to substances in the air you breathe.

Different factors may be more likely to cause asthma in some people than in others. Researchers continue to explore what causes asthma.

Most, but not all, people who have asthma have allergies.

What Are the Signs and Symptoms of Asthma?

Common asthma symptoms include:

Coughing. (Coughing from asthma is often worse at night or early in the morning, making it hard to sleep. But it also occur in daytime or when you are exposed to things you are sensitive to.)
Wheezing. Wheezing is a whistling or squeaky sound that occurs when you breathe.
Chest tightness. This may feel like something is squeezing or sitting on your chest.
Shortness of breath. Some people who have asthma say they can't catch their breath or they feel out of breath. You may feel like you can't get air out of your lungs.

A lung funtion test, done along with a medical history (including type and frequency of your symptoms) and physical exam, is the best way to diagnose asthma for certain. Your doctor will use a test called spirometry to check how your lungs are working. This test measures how much air you can breathe in and out. It also measures how fast you can blow air out. Your doctor also may give you medicines and then test you again to see whether the results have improved. If the starting results are lower than normal and improve with the medicine, and if your medical history shows a pattern of asthma symptoms, your diagnosis will likely be asthma.

If your suspect your asthma is work related it smart to make separate tests at home and at work to see if there is any difference in your lungcapasity between them places. This helps determine if your lungs works best at home or at work. Other tests that may be taken by your doctor is allergy testing.

One messure the lung capasity and also forces an attack to break out the check if there really are asthma. A test to measure how sensitive your airways are. This is called a bronchoprovocation test. Using spirometry, this test repeatedly measures your lung function during physical activity or after you receive increasing doses of cold air or a special chemical to breathe in. (This one is a real nightmare. I got so tight throut that I could not breath. Had to inhale a lot of medicin after to be ok again. I never want to do that again if I can help it. It took all afternoon the get my strength back. Annelie's comment)

The types of asthma symptoms you have, how often they occur, and how severe they are may vary over time. Sometimes your symptoms may just annoy you. Other times they may be troublesome enough to limit your daily routine.

Severe symptoms can threaten your life. It's vital to treat symptoms when you first notice them so they don't become severe.

With proper treatment, most people who have asthma can expect to have few, if any, symptoms either during the day or at night. But it is important to avoid what makes your asthma break out if possible. It is also very important that the people round you is considerate to help you do that when necessery.

(September 2008 I have had my asthma for one year. In November 2008 I have had an astmaattack that made me have to go the hospital and get connected to a machine that gave me asthma medicin to inhale for 15 min. I coughed very hard and had a tight chest. I got weak and had trouble breathing and got sick leave. Annelie's comment)

What Causes Asthma Symptoms To Occur?

A number of things can bring about or worsen asthma symptoms. Your doctor will help you find out which things (sometimes called triggers) may cause your asthma to flare up if you come in contact with them. Triggers may include:

Allergens found in dust, animal fur, cockroaches, mold, and pollens from trees, grasses, and flowers
Irritants such as cigarette smoke, air pollution, chemicals or dust in the workplace, compounds in home décor products, and sprays (such as hairspray)
Certain medicines such as aspirin or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and nonselective beta-blockers
Sulfites in foods and drinks
Viral upper respiratory infections such as colds
Exercise (physical activity)

Other health conditions—such as runny nose, sinus infections, reflux disease, psychological stress, and sleep apnea—can make asthma more difficult to manage. These conditions need treatment as part of an overall asthma care plan.

Asthma is different for each person. Some of the factors listed above may not affect you, other factors that do affect you may not be on the list. It is very personal what triggers asthma and how much you react to them.

The movie Bury my heart at Wounded Knee made me remember things I have thought of and had an opinion on for many years. The robbery and humiliation of a people, the Indians, and the kidnapping and inslavement of Africans in USA.

Then you have the American civil war in the 1860's. The confederates fought a war to be able to keep slaves for labour force. Cheep labour that is, they worked for nothing and were owned by their "masters". And the labour force reproduced themselves. New generations grew up as slaves and had to work for their parents "masters", that also became their "master". And so it went on. They only got a hut to live in and hard times. They lived under poor conditions. Many did not even get enought food, got bad treatment, abuse, cruelty, no or little health care, rape and assault was common.

The confederates war flag was the stripes and bars with 13 stars on it. One star for each state. The first flag looked a bit more like the modern US Flag but had only 3 stripes and 7 stars in a circle. It was later changed to the one with a cross over it. This flag was used by the confederates during the war to show their side. They fought for making the slaves stay slaves for their own gain. So if you see someone wear or use a flag like those flags below you should think about what statement this person using it want to give. Or do they even know what it stands for? Below is the confederate flag:

Rasists in USA should be embaressed over themselves. They are ancesters of imigrants that robbed a whole people of their land, life and ways. They robbed a whole people for the land, murdered and humiliated them for their own gain. Also the Indian people did not ask your ancesters to come, they forced themselves on the Indians and misused both trust and hospitality. Rasists of USA are also ancesters of people that kidnapped and brought Africans to the USA. The Africans and any other people that was brought to USA for being slaves did not ask to come. They were forced.

And now you hate them?

Movie - Bury my heart at wounded knee

Produced 2007. The year is 1876 in North Dakota Territory. The white governement of the USA are making treaties with the native people of America, the Indians. Over and over again the contracts are broken and rebargoned. The Indians are forced to go along with the white USA's demands and those who do not has to run the country. Many tribes signed the contract and moved to the Indian territories they were given. Sitting Bull refused and went to Canada. In Canada he were welcomed and his tribe could live as free men there. But three men in his tribe stole a horse from the neighbour tribe and the Canadian mounted police came. The three men were punished, whipped by Sitting Bull to prove to the Canadian Mounted Police that Sitting Bull did not know about it. Starvation and sicknes were over them and many left. Sitting Bull staid with a part of the tribe. But the winter in Canada was to hard and they starved. They had to eat boiled mice. So at one point he had to go with the rest of the tribe.

This is a historical movie about the Indians lives and destiny. About broken contracts, misuse of power, theft of land, humiliation of a people, degrading, and murder. (Drama, Western)

This movie says many things I have thought of for a very long time. There are no glory in being an American. They robbed a whole people for the land, murdered and humiliated them for their own winning. I think this is rather a historical movie than a drama or western movie. It is based on a true story.

You should see this movie.

Movie - Blueberry (or Renegade)

Produced 2004. A young man, Mike Donovan, is sent to his uncle in the west to "get some backbone". When he arrives with the stage coach he sees a beautiful girl at the hore house. One night he steals money from his uncle and goes to town. He climbs in the window to this girl and they make love. Neither she or he looks upon the meeting as buisness. After they are finished an old customer shows up. He wants to take her and tries to make Mike Donovan go out of the room. The girl do not want to have sex with the man and Mike Donovan tries to stop him. There is a shoot out, and by accident the girl is killed. Mike Donovan flies and end up in the desert. Almost dead two indians finds him. Lots of snakes are crawling on his body. With the magic the indians know they make the snakes go away. Then they bring Mike Donovan to their camp, come caves in the mountains. After som time he wakes up, and becomes friends with the indians. He lives with them and learn their language and ways. U.S Marshal Mike Donovan (referred to as Broken Nose by the native tribe; unlike in the comic he does not have the nickname Blueberry) has dark memories of the death of his first love. He becomes Sheriff in the village and keeps peace between the Americans and the natives who temporarily adopted and took care of him. The evil actions of Blount, a "white sorcerer" lead him to confront the villain in the Sacred Mountains, and, through shamanic rituals involving native entheogens, conquer his fears and uncover a suppressed memory he would much rather deny. (Western)

This movie is a rather untraditional western. A bit strange in between, but worth seeing.

Produced 2005. In the town of Edison USA a young journalist Josh Pollack attend the court when a young man is being judged. Pollack is sent there by his employer to get the facts in 1000 caracters. A short note about the ruling. The F.R.A.T policeman Deed is thanked by the prosecuted man after have whitnessed in his favour. The journalist J. Pollack gets suspiciouse and starts investigating it. When Pollack do not deliver what his boss wanted, but starts writing a whole story based on his suspicion he gets sacked. Angry Pollack leaves the office and keep on looking into the case. He finds that F.R.A.T is involved in crimes like prostitution, narcotics, violence, a.s. and a multi billion dollar scam. It goes as high as to the Court. Pollack's life turnes in an instant to a fight for his life. But suddenly he gets help unexpected. (Thriller)

I think this was a very good movie. It is hard to leave the chair. High tempo, exciting, full of action and substance. It got quality.

Movie - Finding Neverland

Produced 2004. Mr. Barrie is a play writer. He had a difficult childhood. His brohter died in young age and his mother greaved over him. She never got out of bed and never did eat anything. He felt like she did not care about anyone else but his dead brother. Young Mr. Barrie felt unloved and one day he dressed up in his brothers clothes in hope his mother would notice him. This time she looked at him. He felt like it was the first time ever his mother saw him. Nothing he ever did felt good enough.

And he escaped in to the life of fantasy.

As a grown man Mr. Barrie became a famous play writer. After a great flopp at the theater he one day went to the park as usual. Sitting on his usual writing spot, a bench in the park, he spottet a family playing. A widowed mother and her 4 children. The mother was upper class with many connections and Mr Barrie's wife invited the whole family to dinner, including the grandmother.

This family came to change his life forever. They became very close friends in a time when friendship between the sex's was not allowed. Gossip tore them apart and they were miserable. He got suspected of being unfaithful to his wife, and she got to be looked upon as some bad person.

But the time together with this family made him write a play that came to be a hugh success. He wrote Finding Neverland, a play that we know as Peter Pan. Entering the theather the stiff and tight up English men and women loosened up looking at the play. And everyone enjoyed themselves.

The mother of the 4 boys was very ill in a lung desease and could not come. But she was given her own private show at home. And there together they found Neverland. A wonderful place. (Drama)

Boring being sick

Another boring day home sick in asthma and cold. Nothing to do, inhaling Ventoline (asthma medicin) to keep the attacks away. Keeping my nose clean and watching tv. I hope I get well soon.

I read the newspaper and saw that there has been a flood just 150 meters from my house! And I did not know about it before today. I have not been out of the house since last night (had to go shopping for some food), and the flood was yesterday morning. Click the link to view the movie.

Movie - Bravo Two Zero

Movie from 1999. English SAS troups, elite soldiers, are sent to Iraq in the first Gulf war to damage some cables. They are discovered by a goats shepard, a young boy that reports him to his country's army. The SAS troup has to fight their way out and endure the hard clima in the Iraqi desert. Sand storm, snow, cold and heat. They hide and tries to escape. But finally the get captured. They get tortured by the Iraq "white socks" that is the secret police. Andy that is the leader of the troup lies to the "white socks" to eas the pressure on them. He says they were just looking around and checking the transport road and reporting back to the headquarters. The "white socks" believes him and they are not tortured anymore. Not all returns to England.

This is based on a true story. (Action, War)

Movie - A game for Vultures

Movie prodused in 1979. And it got everyting a movie from the 1970's should have. Glossy music, bright colours, big ugly glasses, and bad acting.

This movie is about the liberation of Rhodesia in 1970. The black people are starving and hard controlled by the minority of whites. A liberation and freedom group fights against the athoritys, kidnaps school children to make soldiers of them, and fight against the athoritys getting helicopters with help of the buisness man David Swansey inspite of sanctions. The movie got much fighting in the bush, intrigues, and scams. (War, Action, Drama)

Movie - Schindlers List

I am sick, so what else to to but watch a movie?

First time I saw Schindlers List was in Sweden in 1991. I was invited by a work mate. I did not really know anything about the movie, and did not know what to expect. After watching it I was speachless. I could not find a word to say. It was so trong. Many years have past and it still made an inpact on me. This time I cried.

Schindlers List is about a man Herr Schindler, that opens a factory during World War 2 with Jews as labours. He's right hand in buisness helps a lot of Jews to the factory to help them survive. Herr Schindler finds out about it, and in the end he opens a factory in his home town with the soul purpouse to save the people on his list. He spend all of his money and fortune to save their lives.

This is based on a true story. If you have not seen it yet. Buy the DVD!

Movie - The Cronicles of Narnia - Prince Caspian

I saw the first of the Narnia movies a long time ago. The Cronicles of Narnia - The lion, the witch and the wardrobe. I like adventures, and Narnia is a saga for grown ups. At least I think the Prince Caspian is, it is to much violent to be a childrens movie.

The old kings and queens of Narnia are summond to help free the Narnia they once knew. The habitants of Narnia and Narnia was taken by forreign troops and the people of Narnia was eliminated. At least that is what the new rulers believe. But when they hunt Prince Caspian out of the castle he blows his horn he got from his ancesters, and that summons the old kings and queens. Many of the habitants of Narnia has survived underground. They form an army and beat the enemy that has to surrender. (Adventure)

Personally I think the first of the Narnia movies was better. It had more of the kind magic in it, even though there were an evil witch. The first movie was not so violent. The first movie was more children friendly too.

Friends and their behaviours

Some claim to be your friend, but at the same time they behave like they are no friend at all.

Friday I had to sitt and listen to a "friend" that said things like this:

You are egoisitic that want smokers to be considerate about you asthma.

I do not give a damned about your illness (meaning my astma).

This was just one of many things he said.

I wonder who is the egoist here?

Cold and asthma

Since Friday I have been feeling ill. I have waited some time for a cold to break out and yesterday I think it did. The whorst is that when I get a cold I also get it really bad with my asthma. I had trouble breathing freely and coughed badly. I felt weak. I got really bad. I should have been working tonight but had to go to the hospital. The doctor gave me pennicillin for the infection and connected me to a machine and I got asthma medicin to inhale for 15 minuites. After that I felt much better from my asthma but still weak. After inhaling the asthma medicin from the machine, my coughing got much better and I felt more relaxed. When one get an asthma attack one tightens up, the breathing muscles workes all the time without break, when one can not get enough oxygen one get tired and weak. After getting medicin I felt much better. She also prescribed an increased doze of my asthma medicin I use at home while I am sick. It is possible that all that negative stress I have had to go through this last 1-2 weeks made the situation whorse. Stress is not good for a person with asthma. It can actually make a asthma attack break out. But I do not know. One can not messure that. I said to the doctor that I can not work being so ill. She agreed with me and I got sick leave for the rest of the week.

I am very thankful to the doctor at the hospital. She made a cleaver decision.

Saturday was a very good day. I met with my two very supportive and bright lady friends. First I met with my dear friend Elisabeth at the mall. We shopped, talked and had dinner at a restaurant. At COOP I bought Bailey's chocolate for Rosa, Thorsten and I to have with the coffee.

After that I went to my dear friend Rosa's house and we had coffee and taked for hours. The chocolate was yammy.

Rosa was cleaning out a lot of stuff she had no use for, so I got both clothes (dress jackets), curtains and other stuff. Very fine things. She is so kind.

Friday 21.11.2008 I ended a 3 year long friendship with a work mate. It is remarcable how what a person say and do can blow all feelings for that person out of ones mind and soul. Friday he humiliated me in front of other collueges, he lied and was rued and simple. Twisted and turned and lied like a snake. And this is a person I have rather liked a lot the past 3 years. I have not seen this in him before. I thought he was a better person. Now I see this person with new eyes. I saw something I did not like at all. What he did changed everything. It is also due to the way and circumstances it was brought up. It blow all love and friendship out of my body and soul. I do not even like him anymore. Later that day I told him in written that I do not want to be friends with him any more, I will only talk to him about work related matters that has to be done and that after what he did I do not wish to speak to him as friends anymore.

Pushed in to a corner he is no friend at all. I have nothing for a person that can not stand for what he have done himself. I have never done anything but being honest and truthful to him, and even if we had a hugh discussion I still was honest and truthful and a good friend. But not him, he twisted, lied and turned like a snake. That is nothing I like to be friends with.

And in addition to all above he is not as innocent as he likes others to believe.

I believe in paying for my music. I buy CD's. I think the mucisians and singers well deserve getting paid for the really good job they do.

I mostly listen to music in my car driving, and sadly very often CD's get damaged in the car. They get scratches and so on. So I have started to copy all of my bought CD's to CD-R disks for my listening while driving. The music I listen to at home I copy all of my bought music to my pc in mp3 files. This is just for listning easily, not sharing. I do not do sharing. The original bought CD's I store in a shelf for safe keeping.

If I get a PC crash or any record I have in my car get damaged, I just make a new copy from the bought original CD. That way my Original CD's are always crisp new! I will never risk getting the original CD damaged! I will not loose my good music!

This works really good for me.

In the 1980's I had many records on LP. However it is hard to play a LP record in the car stereo. So now I have got me a new friend... CDON.com. I have started bying my old records on CD so I can play them modern style. And they are on half price .

This time I found:

Digging and blasting

At Netbuss Møre in Ålesund after 10 years of talking about it they are finally starting building a new washing hall. I used to work in the old washing hall and that one was terrible to be in. Hope this one will be better for all of the emplyees that need access.

Monday they started digging the area, and yesterday they blasted. The whole house shaked. I had my break when I heard and felt it shake. I jumped in my seat, so loud was it.

Now the employees in the washing hall will have to back in to the washing hall from the other side to use it. Before we drove in to the hall from the side you see at the photos. But now they are digging there so it is not possible to drive there anymore. The job goes much slower. They can only wash one bus at the time. Before they mopped a bus outside in fron of the hall and washed another one in the mashine inside the hall at the same time. But no more. I am glad I am not working there now . This is the heater room at Nettbuss. It is also used as changing-room, office, warehouse, and break and eating area, all in one room. Not very cosy.

This lawn will be gone. Here we used to eat in the sun in summer, but no more. The only lawn will be gone.

This will hold all the fluids that can not go into the ordinary drains.

Find your self a man

I have been told pretty often last 6 month that I shold get my self a man. I have been single for quit a long time now. Officially 1,5 year, unofficially 3,5 years. It just took me 2 years to get out of the house. I lost interest long time before that. Get my self a man... Like it is like going to the store to by me bread? For me it is more difficult than that.

First I have to sort out every one that uses any type of tobacco smoke or snuff, no parfume, no hairspray, no parfumed products. Also I would not like a man that likes hanging on the pub drinking every weekend or even at home. And absolutely not a person using narcotics or a criminal. So when I have outruled at least half of the male population then maybe there is someone to choose from. Then we are talking.

Then there is the problem finding someone amongst the non smokers, non parfume users, non often drinkers, a.s. a.s a.s. that I actually like and that we get along, not for a month but for life.

Now you maybe say. - You re so picky. Well smokers, tobacco users, spray, and parfume users are ruled out simply because I go my asthma. Who whant a man that you shoke on every time he gets near? An asthma attack can kill you in worst case scenario. And getting asthma attacks every day? No, thank you.

If I bather to care then. I have burnt myself. And it should take a lot for me to let somone into my life that way. And it takes even more for me to move in with someone, or having someone moving in with me. Even if I found someone I like that much I am willing to try, it will take much to get the trust and such in order, and let him all the way in.

Like one need a grown person to be the mother of, clean for and serve? Sick of it. Men... they move from mom, and then they treat their women like they were their mother. Do I look like a butler?

As I said. Sick of it.

Indiana Jones

I grew up in the 1980's and saw the first Indiana Jones movie at the cinema in Stockholm same year it came. It was wow! And I have loved Indiana Jones since. The combination of action, adventure, humor and story. And the explorations triggers my imagination. And it is done so well!

I have been looking for a long time for all of the movies on DVD without luck. But yesterday at the local KIWI food store I found them all four of them . So friday evening and saturday morning has been in Indiana Jones mode.

1) Indiana Jones and the raiders of the lost ark

The year is 1932 and Dr. and archeologist Mr. Henry Jones Jr. known as Indiana Jones fights against the nazis and time to find Goods ark before the nazis. If the nazis get there before him they will get a power no one like them to have. (Action Adventure)

2) Indiana Jones and the temple of doom

The year is 1935 and Indiana Jones after a plain crash ends up in a village in India. The people there thinks he is sent by Shiva to save the village from hunger and evil. Their sacred stone that give them luck is stolen and misused in a temple for evel in the name of Kali Ma. Indiana and his people travels to stop the misuse and ends up at the Maharaja castle and later have to fight the maharaja's army. And the village children has been kidnapped for slave labour work and Indiana has to find them too. (Action Adventure)

3) Indiana Jones and the last crusade

Indiana's nazi enemys are back again and now they are looking for Jesus cup from his last supper. It is hidden by the crusaders 700 years ago, and this time Indiana's father got the clues and he is kidnapped by the germans. Drinking from the cup will give eternal life and they must find the cup before the nazis to avoid a german army that can not die. (Action Adventure)

4) Indiana Jones and the kingdom of the chrystal scull

Year is in the 1950's and a young boy (Mutt) shows up at the university where Indiana works and tells that Ox a friend of Indiana is missing and kinapped and Mutt's mother too. She was kidnapped trying to find Ox. Ox was out exploring for a chrystal scull in South America. A russian agent makes Indiana help finding a chest in a military warehouse in US. The box contains what seems to be an extra terrestial person. The russian agent needs to find the hidden city and the scull to get power for Russia, and Indiana and the boy Mutt must find Ox and Marion and return a chrystal scull to the tempel. (Action Adventure)

It is almost 30 years since I saw the first movie. And it is still as good as the first time. And the quality of the film and filming is nothing to complain about. You can not tell it is an old movie. The stunts and sceens are so well made that they are as good they has they have ever been, and will surtainly be just as good in 30 more years.

If you like action adventure movies in ancient settings, with both love, hate, archeology, fighting, flying, war scenes, humor, an action exploration figure, fight between good and evil these are the movies for you. Do not miss it!

AC/DC Black Ice

I have been a fan of AC/DC since I was a teenager in the 1980's. For about two weeks ago I found their new CD at the gas station. AC/DC Black Ice. It was really good. I am not disapionted at all. It is AC/DC like they have always been. Just the way I like it.
